The Southern Riverina Gliding Club provides the public with the opportunity to learn to fly gliders at an affordable cost with experienced instructors. Our Chief flying instructor is Ingo Renner OAM, four times world champion.
Students can range in age from 12 years to over 80 years. Pilots receive a gold set of wings when they go solo and can then progress on to become solo, cross country and ultimately competitions pilots if they so wish. Others just enjoy the pure thrill of local soaring and flying with the eagles, ibis and pelicans.
Scenic flights over the township and the Murray River are a must for the visitor and a wonderful memory to take home.
