Austrian-born artist Sonja Bieniek migrated to Australia in 1950 with her family. Her paintings are in demand with both Australian and overseas collectors. In 2002, Sonja was selected from over 500 entries as a finalist in the prestigious Doug Moran National Portrait Prize - the richest portrait prize in the world.
